It all started with one apartment, two cats, and countless pizzas. Music nerds at heart, our passion became our purpose, and soon our profession. We launched our first site, a web portal designed to showcase independent Canadian musicians – a site that would preface our foray into digital, record-industry marketing.
Marketing agencies started reaching out to us. We worked with big names like Sony & Warner Music, with our team providing creative ideation and production for artists including Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Sarah Slean, My Chemical Romance, and Hedley. We were loving every minute and couldn't get enough, so we branched out and started working with some non-music startups too.
We reinvented ourselves, taking on larger projects for established brands, and expanding into social media strategy, branding, and SEO. We worked with a wide range of clients: from a small town brewery to the Trump Tower in Toronto, a First Nations NGO, and even two high-end pastry shops.
In 2016 we started development on our own integrated data management solution, appropriately dubbed "CORE", a bespoke framework for the property management and financial sectors – but don’t worry, we’re still cool.
We miss the face-to-face, late-night brainstorming (ok, maybe not the late nights), but we too are doing our part to keep our communities safe. Our remote work model has allowed us to continue to serve our clients, despite COVID-19.
